Direct deposit form for music teachers

Infinite Music will begin paying ALL Infinite Music teachers, beginning April 1, 2026, through a Direct Deposit payment system.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE ONE PAGE FORM BELOW and return to Infinite Music bookkeeper christina@cgbaccounts.com no later than March 27.

If you miss this deadline, your April payment may be delayed.
